7 Natural Cures to Acne Breakouts

Acne doesn't just occur on the face, but can appear anywhere on the body, with the most popular area being your face. If you are frustrated because you have so many scars caused by acne on your face, make sure you read this article now.
Natural cures to acne include applying home remedies to the blemishes such as baking soda and warm water. Another natural remedy you can try is the Rosehip oil which is also good for treating acne scars as well. Lessening the amount of stress that you put on the body is another way to help relieve the situation as stress can lead to serious breakouts of acne.
Aloe vera contains nutrients that can accelerate the healing process of the skin. For this reason, you can expect to get at least decent results when you are using aloe gel for the purpose of treating acne scars. Aloe vera gel also contains tons of moisture and nutrients that can improve your skin's complexion greatly.
You will need: 30gr. oat flakes, 1 tbsp. honey, 4 tbsp. milk.
Boil the oat flakes until soft together with the milk for 5/ 10 minutes. Add the honey to the mixture and stir carefully. Apply the mask over the dark spots. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes and rinse well. Eating fiber-rich foods like fruit and vegetables, wholegrains and cereals help to clean out your digestive tract. One of the reasons people get acne is because their colons are dirty. Undigested processed food and mucus over the years form really toxic stuff called mucoid plaque. Once a week or so you will want to use an exfoliator to get rid of dead skin cells on your face. An excess of dead skin cells can clog pores, trap bacteria and lead to break outs. Most exfoliators will contain salicylic acid. A dermatologist can prescribe more powerful medication, but salicylic acid should be just fine in most cases.
Lemon or any other citrus fruit works great as a natural exfoliate, removing dead skin cells that may clog the pores. As with the white vinegar, apply the juice of a lemon (or desired citrus juice) to the face. Allow it to dry for about 10 minutes, then rinse with cool water. You may feel a mild sting or burn when the lemon juice is applied. If so, diluting the juice is acceptable.
Using effective natural cleansers as cures to acne breakouts are also some great ways to keep the pores clean and unclogged. If you are a regular sufferer of acne flare-ups then you should probably make use of Aloe Vera on a daily basis. This nourishing plant contains lots of antioxidants for your skin, which is helpful in keeping the skin clean and clear.
You will need: 100gr. onion, 3 tbsp. acacia honey.
Grate the onion and mix it with the honey. Apply the mask over the entire face and neck. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes and remove it with damp cotton pad or washcloths. If your skin is oily you can add 1 tbsp. vinegar to the mixture.
Consider adding additional zinc to your diet. Zinc aids in the healing of tissues and assists in preventing scarring. It is also important for the body in resisting infection and inflammation.
