Natural Hair Loss Products for Men and Women

There are some things you can do to stop your hair from thinning and stimulate the growth of new hair. This does not have to be a costly process. Simple hair loss products for men and women can really make a difference.
If you brush your hair, use a brush that's soft and dry, do NOT brush your hair if it's wet as that will cause extra stress to your follicles.
Onions and garlic can be used to make alternative hair loss products for men and women. Both contain sulphur, which stimulates natural hair growth. Take some garlic cloves or onion pulps and rub them directly onto your scalp. Let it stay on for fifteen minutes and then rinse it off.
Vitamin E - Vitamin E is good for your hair, your skin and your nails. You can get vitamin E from foos like spinach, eggs, nuts, and broccoli. Green tea and nettle root extract are good hair loss products for men and women who are losing hair due to androgenic alopecia. This condition, which is commonly called male or female pattern baldness, is caused by the excessive production of the hormone dihydrotestosterone or DHT. DHT damages the follicles causing the strands to fall out.
Poor diet is linked to MANY problems including hair loss, simply improving the quality of your diet can drastically increase the quality of your hair. Hair is made of protein and you should be targeting a diet that is rich in vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, biotin, magnesium and zinc. Shoot for soybeans, lentils, almonds, brown rice, whole grain oats, and flaxseed.
Shampoo your hair with a natural shampoo and then massage one of these natural oils into your scalp and damp hair. Cover your head with a plastic cap to seal in the heat from your head. Your natural heat will allow the oils to penetrate the strands. Leave it on for at least one hour and thin rinse it out.
Use Conditioner More Often - Use conditioner more often than shampoo. Shampoo dries out your hair, so when you do use it - its best to massage it mostly into the scalp. Also, be sure to use natural shampoo and conditioners, not the cheap shampoo and conditioner that contains tons of chemicals that damage the hair.
